We are looking for a Sales cum Cashier to join our farm store in Buri, Bahrain. The ideal candidate should be customer-focused, reliable, and able to handle both sales and cashier duties while supporting day-to-day farm store operations.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Customer Service
- Welcome and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Provide information about farm products such as fresh produce, dairy, and other items.
- Promote and upsell products to improve customer experience and increase sales.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly.
- Build positive relationships to encourage repeat business.
Cashier Duties
- Operate the cash register and process cash, debit, and credit transactions.
- Ensure all transactions are accurate and maintain a balanced cash drawer.
- Process sales quickly and efficiently.
Inventory & Store Support
- Monitor stock levels and arrange product displays.
- Receive deliveries and organize items in the store.
- Keep the sales area clean, organized, and well-stocked.
General Farm Assistance
- Support farm activities such as produce picking or farm events when required.
- Work closely with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in sales, cashier, or retail is an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic math skills with experience in cash handling.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
- Interest in agriculture or farm products is a plus.
