Key Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, conduct regular counts, and keep accurate records.
- Receiving Shipments: Inspect incoming deliveries and update records in the inventory system.
- Storage & Organization: Arrange products in the warehouse properly and protect them from damage.
- Distribution: Prepare and deliver materials on time to meet company and team requirements.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed reports and ensure all inventory activities are recorded correctly.
- Team Collaboration: Work with purchasing, sales, and suppliers to meet operational needs.
- Process Improvement: Suggest better storage methods and follow safety and quality standards.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in warehouse operations or inventory management.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to use inventory management software or systems.
