We are seeking an experienced Property Manager with at least 6 years of experience to manage and oversee our properties in Manama, Bahrain. This role is open for local transfer candidates only. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth property operations, tenant satisfaction, and efficient property management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of assigned properties, including daily operations and tenant relations.
- Coordinate move-ins for new tenants and conduct move-out inspections for vacating tenants.
- Maintain and update property condition reports, including roofs, HVAC systems, parking areas, and other facilities.
- Coordinate with maintenance staff to ensure timely services and repairs.
- Communicate effectively and positively with property owners, vendors, and tenants.
- Handle conflict resolution with strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Conduct regular property inspections and tenant visits.
- Assist Rent Department with preparation of rent commencement letters, delivery notices, and renewals.
- Maintain service contract schedules and update a preferred vendor list for each trade.
- Prepare detailed management reports for all properties.
- Coordinate accounts receivable and operating expense collection, including past-due statements and tenant correspondence.
- Review annual expense reconciliations and manage related tenant communications.
- Advertise and market vacant spaces to attract tenants.
- Supervise property staff and evaluate performance.
- Maintain confidentiality of company information.
- Perform other property management duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 years of proven experience in property management.
- Strong organizational, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple properties efficiently and maintain positive tenant relations.
- Knowledge of property maintenance, facilities management, and vendor coordination.
