Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily construction operations and manage a team of workers
- Assign tasks and monitor work progress to ensure project deadlines are met
- Inspect work quality and enforce safety protocols on site
- Maintain job records, reports, and job cards
- Follow up for payment collections and manage project documentation
- Oversee cleaning and maintenance of machines, vehicles, and equipment
- Coordinate with management, subcontractors, and workers for smooth operations
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Foreman / Site Supervisor in construction projects
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Knowledge of safety regulations and site management best practices
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and ensure project quality and deadlines
- Relevant formal education or certifications in construction management is a plus
