We are an Engineering Consultancy Company located in the Seef Area, Manama, seeking an experienced Executive Secretary to join our team. This role requires strong administrative skills and the ability to support senior management efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage calendars, appointments, and meetings for senior management
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations
  • Organize and maintain office files and documentation
  • Coordinate internal and external communications
  • Support project documentation and follow-up on tasks

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as an executive secretary or administrative professional
  • Must be a local hire based in Bahrain
