About the Role
We are hiring an experienced Site Engineer to manage and supervise fit-out projects in Bahrain. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, technically skilled, and capable of handling Bill of Quantities (BOQ) preparation, supplier coordination, and on-site project management.
This position offers an excellent opportunity to work with a professional team and contribute to high-quality interior and construction projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage site activities to ensure timely and accurate project execution.
- Prepare and review Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and cost estimates.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for materials and procurement.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and clients for smooth project delivery.
- Ensure quality standards and compliance with safety regulations.
- Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports and updates.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of experience in fit-out projects.
- Proven expertise in BOQ preparation and supplier management.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools.
- Strong understanding of construction materials, fit-out techniques, and budget control.
- Good knowledge of procurement processes and contracts.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
