About the Role
Fresh Joints Alternative Medicine Center W.L.L. is looking for a female receptionist to join our front desk team. The ideal candidate should be friendly, professional, and organized, with a passion for customer service and wellness.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome patients and visitors with warmth and professionalism.
- Answer phone calls, manage appointments, and assist clients with inquiries.
- Maintain reception area cleanliness and organization.
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and documentation.
- Coordinate with therapists and management to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Provide information about the clinic’s services and wellness programs.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a receptionist or front desk staff preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, scheduling software).
- Positive attitude, reliability, and a professional appearance.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
