About the Role:
We are hiring a motivated Business Development Manager to join our property management team in Bahrain. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys building client relationships, meeting sales targets, and driving business growth in the real estate and property management sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities in the property management market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales and growth targets.
- Negotiate contracts and close business deals effectively.
- Work closely with management to support overall company goals.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in business development, preferably in property management or real estate.
- Strong record of meeting or exceeding performance targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-driven, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a competitive environment.
Salary and Benefits:
- Monthly Salary: BD 400 (including all allowances).
- Additional Benefits: Phone, car, and petrol allowances.
