Job Summary:
As a Restaurant Supervisor, you’ll oversee daily operations, guide service staff, manage shifts, and maintain top-quality service standards. You’ll play a key role in team training, guest satisfaction, and overall operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily front-of-house operations and coordinate with the kitchen team.
- Conduct pre-shift briefings to communicate menu updates and service standards.
- Monitor staff performance and ensure fast, accurate, and friendly service.
- Handle guest concerns and resolve issues professionally.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and uniform standards at all times.
- Train and motivate staff to improve service quality and teamwork.
- Prepare and manage shift schedules and ensure proper staffing.
- Greet guests warmly, handle special requests or VIP guests, and ensure satisfaction.
- Support upselling of menu items, desserts, and specials to increase sales.
- Monitor inventory, supplies, and equipment; report shortages or issues.
- Complete end-of-shift checklists and assist with monthly inventory counts.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- 2–3 years of experience as a Supervisor in a restaurant or café.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent understanding of customer service and F&B standards.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm during busy hours.
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic reporting tools.
