A leading café in Manama is hiring an experienced and motivated Supervisor to manage daily front-of-house operations. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth service, efficient teamwork, and an exceptional guest experience. Job Summary:

As a Restaurant Supervisor, you’ll oversee daily operations, guide service staff, manage shifts, and maintain top-quality service standards. You’ll play a key role in team training, guest satisfaction, and overall operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily front-of-house operations and coordinate with the kitchen team.
  • Conduct pre-shift briefings to communicate menu updates and service standards.
  • Monitor staff performance and ensure fast, accurate, and friendly service.
  • Handle guest concerns and resolve issues professionally.
  • Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and uniform standards at all times.
  • Train and motivate staff to improve service quality and teamwork.
  • Prepare and manage shift schedules and ensure proper staffing.
  • Greet guests warmly, handle special requests or VIP guests, and ensure satisfaction.
  • Support upselling of menu items, desserts, and specials to increase sales.
  • Monitor inventory, supplies, and equipment; report shortages or issues.
  • Complete end-of-shift checklists and assist with monthly inventory counts.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • 2–3 years of experience as a Supervisor in a restaurant or café.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent understanding of customer service and F&B standards.
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm during busy hours.
  • Familiarity with POS systems and basic reporting tools.
