Urgently Hiring FOH & Kitchen Staff – Join Our Restaurant Team in Manama

We are a fast-growing restaurant in Manama, Bahrain, seeking reliable, skilled, and motivated individuals to join our Front of House (FOH) and Kitchen teams. Responsibilities

FOH Team

  • Waiter / Waitress: Take customer orders, serve food and drinks, maintain clean and organized tables, and ensure a welcoming dining experience.
  • Barista: Prepare high-quality coffee and beverages, maintain cleanliness of coffee machines and workstations, and provide excellent customer service.

Kitchen Team

  • Chef de Partie (CDP): Prepare and cook assigned dishes, maintain hygiene standards, and manage inventory for your station.
  • Deputy Chef de Partie (DCDP): Assist the CDP, supervise junior staff, and ensure dishes are prepared to restaurant standards.
  • Commi: Support the kitchen team in food preparation, maintain cleanliness, and learn cooking techniques from senior chefs.

Pastry Team

  • CDP, DCDP, Commi: Prepare desserts and pastries, manage baking schedules, ensure quality presentation, and assist in developing new menu items.

All staff members are expected to:

  • Work efficiently under pressure.
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain smooth operations.
  • Follow hygiene, safety, and food handling standards.
  • Maintain a positive attitude with customers and colleagues.

Qualifications

Average Salary

  • Waiter / Waitress: BHD 200 – 300 per month
  • Barista: BHD 220 – 320 per month

  • Pastry Team: BHD 200 – 350 per month
