Responsibilities
FOH Team
- Waiter / Waitress: Take customer orders, serve food and drinks, maintain clean and organized tables, and ensure a welcoming dining experience.
- Barista: Prepare high-quality coffee and beverages, maintain cleanliness of coffee machines and workstations, and provide excellent customer service.
Kitchen Team
- Chef de Partie (CDP): Prepare and cook assigned dishes, maintain hygiene standards, and manage inventory for your station.
- Deputy Chef de Partie (DCDP): Assist the CDP, supervise junior staff, and ensure dishes are prepared to restaurant standards.
- Commi: Support the kitchen team in food preparation, maintain cleanliness, and learn cooking techniques from senior chefs.
Pastry Team
- CDP, DCDP, Commi: Prepare desserts and pastries, manage baking schedules, ensure quality presentation, and assist in developing new menu items.
All staff members are expected to:
- Work efficiently under pressure.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain smooth operations.
- Follow hygiene, safety, and food handling standards.
- Maintain a positive attitude with customers and colleagues.
Qualifications
We are looking for candidates with:
- Experience in the hospitality or restaurant industry (preferred but not mandatory for some junior roles).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

Average Salary
- Waiter / Waitress: BHD 200 – 300 per month
- Barista: BHD 220 – 320 per month
