Responsibilities
Tour Manager
- Plan and organize tours, including schedules, accommodation, transportation, and activities.
- Supervise tour assistants and ensure smooth operations of all tours.
- Coordinate with vendors, hotels, and transport providers.
- Monitor tour budgets and ensure cost-effective operations.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally.
Tour Assistant (Inbound & Outbound)
- Assist in managing group and individual tours.
- Coordinate travel logistics, including check-ins, transfers, and sightseeing schedules.
- Provide support to guests during tours, ensuring comfort and safety.
- Maintain records of tours, bookings, and guest feedback.
- Help the tour manager with daily operations and reporting.
IATA Ticketing Agent
- Issue tickets, process reservations, and manage flight bookings using IATA-approved systems.
- Handle customer inquiries regarding flights, schedules, fares, and travel policies.
- Ensure accuracy in ticketing and maintain proper documentation.
- Assist with travel insurance, visas, and other travel-related services.
Tour Driver
- Safely transport tourists to attractions, hotels, and other destinations in Bahrain.
- Provide information about tourist attractions, history, and local culture.
