Job Overview:
We are seeking reliable and energetic Bike Delivery Riders to join our team. The rider will be responsible for picking up and delivering food, parcels, and documents to customers safely, on time, and with excellent service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pick up orders from restaurants, stores, or warehouses.
- Deliver items to customers safely and on schedule.
- Use GPS or delivery apps to follow optimized routes.
- Communicate politely and professionally with customers.
- Handle cash or digital payments if required.
- Follow traffic rules and company safety guidelines.
- Maintain the bike or motorbike in clean and good condition.
Requirements:
- Valid bike/motorbike driving license.
- Own a bike or motorbike (unless provided by the company).
- Basic knowledge of city routes and navigation apps.
- Physically fit and able to manage time effectively.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet delivery targets.
- Smartphone with internet for order updates.
- Prior delivery experience is a plus but not mandatory.
