Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Onshore Rig Driller to manage drilling operations across moving rig sites in Khobar. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in onshore drilling and a strong focus on safety and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the Crew: Manage and direct the rig crew, including assistants, derrickhands, roughnecks, and roustabouts.
- Manage Drilling Operations: Ensure safe and efficient execution of drilling processes to achieve optimal output.
- Monitor Equipment: Track rig operations, including pressure, gas levels, and other critical indicators, to ensure equipment is functioning safely.
- Ensure Safety: Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a secure working environment.
- Coordinate Site Activities: Communicate with site teams to plan and execute drilling operations effectively.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Onshore Rig Driller.
- Strong knowledge of drilling equipment, rig operations, and safety standards.
- Ability to work across moving rig sites.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
