Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Coating Foreman for direct hire in Dammam. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in the coating industry and be able to supervise and manage coating operations efficiently. This role requires a local transfer and is a 2-year contract.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage the coating team on site.
- Ensure all coating work meets quality and safety standards.
- Plan and coordinate daily operations to meet project deadlines.
- Monitor equipment and materials for proper use and maintenance.
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Coating Foreman in the same field.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Knowledge of coating processes, safety standards, and industry best practices.
- Ability to work on a 2-year contract with local transfer.
