Job Description:
We are hiring a Picker Supervisor to manage supermarket operations for online orders. The ideal candidate will oversee the picking team, ensure accurate and timely order preparation, and coordinate smoothly with both store and delivery teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage the team of pickers handling online orders.
- Ensure orders are accurately prepared and ready for delivery on time.
- Coordinate with store staff and delivery teams for smooth operations.
- Monitor workflow and resolve issues to maintain efficiency and quality.
- Train and support pickers to improve performance and accuracy.
Qualifications:
- Strong supervision, leadership, and communication skills.
- Experience with online order platforms such as Talabat, Jahez, or similar is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
