Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Civil Engineer to supervise construction projects from planning to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure projects meet technical drawings, specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements. You will manage resources and manpower on site, coordinate with contractors and consultants, and assist in preparing plans, drawings, and technical reports.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise construction works on-site and ensure adherence to project plans.
- Review engineering drawings to verify accuracy and execution requirements.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and work teams to maintain smooth operations.
- Monitor project schedules and ensure work progresses on time.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and budget standards.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and progress reports.
- Contribute to solving technical issues during project execution.
- Review quantities, specifications, and participate in inspections and approvals of completed works.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- Knowledge of engineering design software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or Revit.
- Familiarity with local and international codes and standards.
- Previous experience in construction project supervision is preferred.
- Ability to work in both office and field environments.
