Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Uniform Tailor to handle uniform alterations, repairs, and production support for our staff. The ideal candidate will ensure all uniforms fit well, look professional, and meet the company’s quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Uniform Alteration & Repairs:
- Measure staff for proper uniform fit.
- Alter uniforms for comfort, fit, and professional appearance.
- Repair damaged uniforms, including stitching, buttons, zippers, and hems.
Design & Production Support:
- Assist in selecting fabrics, buttons, and accessories for new uniforms.
- Support the creation of uniform samples and customizations.
Inventory & Maintenance:
- Maintain accurate records of uniform distribution and repairs.
- Keep tailoring tools and workspace clean and organized.
- Complete all uniform requests on time.
Quality Control:
- Inspect uniforms for proper fit, stitching quality, and overall appearance.
- Ensure all uniforms meet company standards before distribution.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience in tailoring, alterations, or uniform production.
- Attention to detail and precision in stitching and finishing.
- Ability to work efficiently and manage multiple tasks.
- Strong organizational skills for record-keeping and inventory management.
