Job Description:
We are hiring a Picker Supervisor to manage and optimize order fulfillment operations across supermarket retail branches. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate and timely order processing, lead the team efficiently, and maintain high customer service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily fulfillment operations and ensure smooth workflow.
- Lead and support store supervisors and shoppers to maintain efficiency and policy compliance.
- Supervise order processing and resolve issues related to picking errors.
- Monitor operations to minimize errors and optimize order accuracy.
- Ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
- Track team performance and implement improvements when needed.
Qualifications:
- 3–4 years of experience in fulfillment management or retail operations.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Must hold a FLEXI Visa.
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary: 240 BD per month
