Job Description:
We are a growing chain of coffee shops seeking skilled Baristas to join our team. The role is open to both male and female candidates from the Philippines, Sri Lanka, India, or Nepal.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve coffee, beverages, and other menu items according to standard recipes.
- Ensure consistent quality and presentation of drinks.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee shop and workspace.
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service.
- Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Previous experience as a Barista is preferred.
- Ability to work 8-hour shifts with one weekly day off.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Professional and customer-focused attitude.
Salary and Benefits:
- Total salary package with allowances: 175 BHD
- Visa provided immediately
- Accommodation and transport are not provided
