Ric’s Country Kitchen in Juffair is hiring an experienced Commis Chef with strong knowledge of American and Tex-Mex cuisine. The ideal candidate should be passionate about cooking, maintain high kitchen standards, and work well in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing and cooking American and Tex-Mex dishes.
- Support senior chefs in daily kitchen operations.
- Ensure food is cooked and presented according to restaurant quality standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.
- Follow food safety and hygiene procedures at all times.
- Help with ingredient preparation and storage.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Commis Chef or kitchen assistant.
- Strong knowledge of American and Tex-Mex recipes.
- Candidates from India or the Philippines are preferred.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.
- Good communication and time management skills.
