About the Role:
A leading retail brand in Bahrain is looking for a Female Sales Associate to join their team in Manama. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a passion for fashion, and the ability to deliver excellent customer service while maximizing sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
- Welcome customers warmly and assist them in finding the right products.
- Convert window shoppers into loyal customers through proactive engagement.
- Promote loyalty programs to encourage repeat purchases.
- Deliver high-quality service by following the company’s customer interaction model.
- Educate customers on product features, benefits, and care instructions.
Product Knowledge and Presentation:
- Maintain a well-groomed and professional appearance.
- Stay updated on product details and current promotions.
- Display products attractively and follow visual merchandising guidelines.
- Replenish stock and maintain inventory accuracy.
- Support cross-selling and upselling to boost sales opportunities.
Sales Operations:
- Handle billing and payments through the POS system accurately.
- Manage cash, credit card, and voucher transactions responsibly.
- Issue receipts and refunds correctly.
- Follow store security and loss prevention procedures.
- Support smooth daily store operations and meet assigned sales targets.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
