A leading company in Bahrain is urgently hiring a Transportation In-Charge to oversee and manage daily transportation operations. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in vehicle management, driver coordination, and route planning within Bahrain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure all company vehicles are properly maintained and serviced on time.
- Schedule transportation services for pickups, deliveries, and staff movements.
- Allocate drivers efficiently for daily operations.
- Arrange repairs and regular maintenance to minimize downtime.
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, mileage, and service history.
- Inspect vehicles to ensure safety, compliance, and cleanliness.
- Manage the overall efficiency of transportation operations.
- Prevent vehicle overloading and ensure adherence to transport regulations.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and fleet management.
- Familiarity with Bahrain routes and traffic regulations.
- Proven experience in transport coordination or logistics management.
- Must be locally available in Bahrain and ready for immediate joining.
