Job Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and clerical support to departments and team members.
- Manage the Managing Director’s and Engineers’ schedules, including appointments and meetings.
- Record meeting minutes and maintain accurate documentation.
- Receive and screen phone calls, emails, and correspondence, directing them as needed.
- Handle and organize official documents, ensuring confidentiality and easy access.
- Prepare invoices, financial statements, and assist in basic bookkeeping tasks.
- Maintain electronic and paper records efficiently.
- Support the construction quality control program, ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards.
- Review contractor drawings, monitor progress, and maintain records of payments and project changes.
- Ensure that all employees follow company procedures and meet project requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of office management and accounting procedures.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- 2–3 years of experience in an administrative role within a construction company preferred (freshers are also welcome).
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently, handle multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Professional phone and email etiquette.
