Job Overview:
An aluminum profiles trading company in Bahrain is hiring a Junior Accountant cum Admin Staff to join their growing team. The ideal candidate should have accounting knowledge and administrative experience, preferably from a similar industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily accounting operations, including data entry and record keeping.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable and assist in preparing financial reports.
- Support invoicing, payroll, and bank reconciliation tasks.
- Maintain and organize administrative records, documents, and files.
- Assist with inventory tracking and supplier coordination.
- Provide general office and administrative support to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
- Prior experience in the aluminum or trading industry is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
