Key Responsibilities:
- Serve customers in the deli section, including ready-to-eat foods, cold cuts, cheeses, pickles, and salads
- Maintain product presentation and hygiene standards
- Assist with stock rotation, replenishment, and inventory management
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Provide friendly, professional, and attentive service to all customers
Qualifications and Skills:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales, preferably in a supermarket deli or food section
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math skills for cash handling and sales calculations
- Customer-focused, professional, and approachable
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and handle moderately heavy items
- Fluency in English required; knowledge of Arabic, Hindi, or other languages is an advantage
