A high-end nightclub in Juffair is seeking an energetic and professional female waitress to join their team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service, manage orders efficiently, and ensure a memorable guest experience in a fast-paced nightlife environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly, professional attitude
- Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately
- Ensure excellent presentation of drinks and dishes
- Upsell menu items and promotions when appropriate
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables and service areas
- Collaborate with bartenders and staff for smooth service
- Adhere to hygiene and safety standards
- Manage billing and cash/card transactions accurately
Requirements:
- Must hold a valid Flexi Visa and be eligible to work in Bahrain
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a waitress, preferably in a nightclub, lounge, or bar
- Good command of English; Arabic or other languages is a plus
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Presentable appearance with a positive attitude
- Ability to work under pressure and handle late-night shifts
- Team player with a flexible, energetic approach
- Knowledge of alcoholic beverages and cocktail service is an advantage
