About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Merchandiser to manage premium confectionery products across top supermarkets and cafés in Bahrain. The ideal candidate will ensure that all products are well-displayed, easy to find, and always available for customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and increase the visibility of confectionery products in retail stores and cafés.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with store and café managers.
- Monitor stock levels, deliveries, and payments to ensure smooth operations.
- Track product performance and suggest ways to boost sales.
- Support marketing and promotional activities at retail outlets.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- 2–3 years of experience as a merchandiser or in sales, preferably in the confectionery or FMCG sector.
- Valid driving license.
- Well-presented with good communication and organizational skills.
- Strong understanding of premium retail and café environments.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
