About the Role:
We are looking for a friendly and professional Front Office Agent to join our hospitality team in Al Seef, Bahrain. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a welcoming experience and smooth front desk operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in and check-out procedures.
- Manage room reservations and handle guest inquiries efficiently.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate guest records and process payments.
- Handle customer concerns promptly and professionally.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a front office or guest service role.
- Must be locally available in Bahrain.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of hotel management systems and basic computer skills.
- Positive attitude, professional appearance, and attention to detail.
