About the Roles:
We are urgently hiring for two key positions: Foreman and Fabricator Cum Welder. Candidates with relevant experience and strong technical skills are encouraged to apply.
1. Foreman
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate construction, civil, and maintenance works, including electrical and plumbing tasks.
- Manage site activities, ensuring safety and quality standards are maintained.
- Monitor workflow, assign tasks, and guide team members.
- Ensure timely completion of projects and adherence to schedules.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Valid Bahrain Driving Licence.
- 2–3 years of experience in Bahrain.
- Experience in construction, civil, and maintenance projects.
- Strong supervision, coordination, and leadership skills.
2. Fabricator Cum Welder
Key Responsibilities:
- Fabricate and weld metal components according to technical drawings.
- Perform Gas Welding, Electrical Welding, and TIG Welding tasks.
- Maintain quality standards and ensure safety compliance during fabrication.
- Collaborate with the team to complete projects efficiently.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Proven experience in fabrication and welding works.
- Ability to read and work from technical drawings.
- Skilled in Gas, Electrical, and TIG Welding techniques.
