About the Role:
We are launching a premium bakery-café and social dining restaurant in Adliya, inspired by French boulangeries and modern brunch culture. We are seeking a creative Head Chef with experience in French and Mediterranean fusion cuisine, capable of leading our kitchen and crafting innovative bakery, brunch, and all-day dining menus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and innovate menus for bakery, brunch, and all-day dining.
  • Lead and manage the kitchen team, ensuring smooth daily operations.
  • Monitor food costing, inventory, and quality control.
  • Maintain high culinary standards in premium café and restaurant settings.
  • Collaborate with management to enhance customer dining experiences.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • 8–12 years of culinary experience, including at least 3 years as Head Chef in café or brunch concepts.
  • Culinary degree or equivalent professional certification.
  • Strong skills in menu development, kitchen leadership, and food costing.
  • Experience working in GCC or international premium cafés/restaurants.
  • Creative, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
