Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Salesman with a passion for sales and engineering to join our team. In this role, you will drive sales, build strong client relationships, and contribute to the growth of our company. Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the mechanical and building materials sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and consultants.
- Prepare and deliver technical and commercial proposals tailored to client needs.
- Conduct site visits to understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Negotiate techno-commercial terms, proposals, and close deals to meet sales targets.
- Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and conferences as required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree, Diploma, or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering or Business Administration.
- 3–7 years of outdoor sales experience in mechanical or building materials companies in Bahrain.
- Valid Bahraini driving license.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of Arabic is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
