Bavaria Travel & Tourism is seeking a Ticketing Reservation Officer to join our professional team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, experienced in airline bookings, and passionate about providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle flight reservations, ticket issuance, and reissues.
- Manage cancellations, refunds, and fare adjustments.
- Provide accurate fare quotations and travel itineraries.
- Work efficiently with GDS systems such as Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre.
- Communicate clearly with clients and travel partners.
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in ticketing and reservations.
- Strong knowledge of GDS systems.
- Excellent English communication and customer service skills.
- Bahraini nationality preferred or expatriates with GCC experience.
