Responsibilities:
- Supervise carpentry work on residential and commercial projects.
- Manage a team of carpenters, assign tasks, and ensure deadlines are met.
- Monitor quality of work and ensure compliance with project plans.
- Maintain safety standards and a clean work environment.
- Coordinate with project managers to report progress and resolve issues.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in carpentry supervision.
- Strong knowledge of carpentry tools, materials, and techniques.
- Leadership skills and ability to manage a team effectively.
- Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship.
- Male candidates preferred.
Working Hours: 8 hours per day
