Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve coffee and beverages to high-quality standards
- Deliver professional, friendly, and efficient customer service
- Supervise daily café operations and support staff
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and hygiene compliance
- Train, guide, and motivate baristas and service team members
- Manage POS operations, cash handling, and daily reporting
- Ensure consistent workflow and attention to detail
Requirements
- 3–4 years of experience as a barista in specialty or high-quality cafés
- Excellent knowledge of espresso extraction, brewing techniques, and latte art
- Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proven organizational and multitasking abilities
- Leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate a team
- Professional appearance, punctuality, and reliability
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
