A bar and restaurant in Manama is looking for an experienced Assistant Food & Beverage Controller / Accountant to join their team.
Job Location: Manama, Bahrain
Employment Type: Full-Time
Responsibilities:
- Manage financial records and accounting for the F&B department
- Monitor and control food and beverage costs
- Prepare reports on sales, inventory, and expenses
- Assist in budgeting and financial planning for the bar and restaurant
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the F&B industry, preferably with liquor bar experience
- Knowledge of accounting principles and F&B operations
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
