A reputable travel and tourism company in Manama is seeking experienced Ticketing & Visa Consultants to join our professional team. We are hiring 3 energetic individuals with expertise in airline ticketing and visa services.
Job Location: Manama, Bahrain
Employment Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
- Process visas accurately for multiple countries and assist clients with travel documentation
- Provide airline ticketing services using GDS systems (Sabre, Amadeus, Galileo) and direct airline portals
- Issue, reissue, and refund tickets following IATA regulations
- Advise clients on travel requirements, visa documentation, and itineraries
- Promote travel packages and services through sales and marketing activities
- Handle client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person visits
- Maintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
- Stay updated with airline schedules, travel regulations, and visa rules
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in travel consultancy, visa processing, or airline ticketing
- Hands-on experience with Sabre system and airline portals
- Strong sales and marketing skills in the travel or tourism industry
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluency in English; Arabic, Hindi, or Urdu is an advantage
- Must be currently based in Bahrain or willing to relocate
