A well-known facilities management company in Bahrain is expanding its operations and launching a new Cleaning Division. We are looking for experienced and motivated professionals to join our team in Manama, Bahrain.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Cleaning Supervisor (mandatory)
- Experience in facility management or operations supervision is a plus
- Strong ability to coordinate residential and commercial cleaning operations
- Proven skill in building client relationships and generating business
- Locally based candidates in Bahrain preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise cleaning teams for residential and commercial projects
- Manage schedules, staff performance, and quality standards
- Develop and maintain client accounts and relationships
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards
