Job Description:
The Bartender will prepare, mix, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks while maintaining a clean and organized bar area. The role requires excellent customer service, multitasking, and teamwork to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve drinks efficiently and accurately
- Mix, garnish, and present classic cocktails and beverages
- Engage with customers and provide friendly, professional service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Handle payments and ensure responsible alcohol service
- Restock and manage bar inventory as needed
- Support the team to ensure smooth daily operations
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a bartender in a bar or restaurant setting
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and bar operations
- Friendly, outgoing personality with excellent communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure during busy shifts
- Flexible with night shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Must be currently in Bahrain
