Job Responsibilities
- Handle air ticket reservations, reissuance, and cancellations using Sabre and non-IATA portals
- Manage customer inquiries and provide accurate travel information and fares
- Coordinate with airlines for smooth booking and ticketing operations
- Maintain records of issued tickets, refunds, and changes
- Assist clients with travel plans and provide professional support in a timely manner
Job Requirements
- Filipino female applicants only
- Minimum 1 year experience in ticketing or travel consultancy
- Strong knowledge of Sabre and non-IATA booking portals
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Organized, energetic, and detail-oriented
