A leading interior design company in Sitra, Bahrain is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and material take-offs
- Review drawings, specifications, and project requirements
- Manage procurement, vendor quotations, and pricing
- Prepare cost comparisons, variations, and progress billings
- Support project teams with budget monitoring and commercial documentation
Requirements:
- Degree or diploma in Interior Design or related field
- 2–5 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in interior fit-out projects
- Strong knowledge of materials, joinery, and finishing works
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Excel, and QS software
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
- GCC experience preferred
- Bahrain driving license required
- Visit visa holders or candidates outside Bahrain will not be considered
