We are looking for an experienced Civil Foreman / Supervisor to manage civil and structural construction projects in Manama. Candidates from Bahrain or India are eligible to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily civil and structural construction activities to ensure work follows approved drawings, project specifications, and timelines.
- Represent the company in meetings with clients, consultants, and subcontractors, providing updates on project progress, challenges, and resolutions.
- Prepare daily site logs, weekly progress reports, and monthly performance reviews, highlighting achievements and corrective actions.
- Review technical submissions, shop drawings, and material approvals to ensure compliance with design and contract requirements.
- Enforce Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards on site and promote safety awareness among the team.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in civil site supervision and project execution.
- Experience in residential, commercial, industrial, or infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, project documentation, and site management.
- Ability to lead teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
