We are hiring experienced professionals for Sales and Operations roles in our manpower division.
Candidates should have prior experience handling internal sales, operations, and manpower processes. Fresher candidates or those without manpower experience are not eligible.
Open Positions
1. Operations Coordinator – 1 Position
Responsible for managing internal sales and post-sales operations in the manpower division.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client management and employee coordination
- Manage gate passes and work documents
- Coordinate overseas interviews and visa processes
- Track mobilization and demobilization
- Manage timesheets, quotations, and purchase orders
2. Sales Coordinator – 1 Position
Responsible for developing business and achieving sales targets in manpower services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client and supplier management
- Result-oriented marketing and business development
- Drive successful manpower sales campaigns
- Report to Head of Department (HOD)
- Manage quotations, purchase orders, and timesheet collection
- Submit invoices to clients
Requirements
- Prior experience in manpower sales or operations
- Hands-on experience in similar roles in previous organizations
- Valid Iqama
- Valid Saudi driving license
- Strong communication and organizational skills
