Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and clerical support to departments and team members.
  • Manage the Managing Director’s and Engineers’ schedules, including appointments and meetings.
  • Record meeting minutes and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Receive and screen phone calls, emails, and correspondence, directing them as needed.
  • Handle and organize official documents, ensuring confidentiality and easy access.
  • Prepare invoices, financial statements, and assist in basic bookkeeping tasks.
  • Maintain electronic and paper records efficiently.
  • Support the construction quality control program, ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards.
  • Review contractor drawings, monitor progress, and maintain records of payments and project changes.
  • Ensure that all employees follow company procedures and meet project requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of office management and accounting procedures.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • 2–3 years of experience in an administrative role within a construction company preferred (freshers are also welcome).
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently, handle multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Professional phone and email etiquette.
