About the Role:
We are looking for a friendly and professional Front Office Agent to join our hospitality team in Al Seef, Bahrain. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a welcoming experience and smooth front desk operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in and check-out procedures.
  • Manage room reservations and handle guest inquiries efficiently.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate guest records and process payments.
  • Handle customer concerns promptly and professionally.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a front office or guest service role.
  • Must be locally available in Bahrain.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of hotel management systems and basic computer skills.
  • Positive attitude, professional appearance, and attention to detail.
