Job Opening – HR Manager – Hypermarket, Hamad Town, Bahrain

We are hiring an experienced HR Manager to oversee all human resources functions for our hypermarket. This role is vital in managing both expatriate and Bahraini employees while ensuring smooth HR operations in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Expat Visa & Residency Management: Coordinate and process all expatriate visa applications, including filings with LMRA, SIO, and Tamkeen.
  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires.
  • HR Administration: Maintain employee records, manage payroll inputs, and oversee employee benefits administration.
  • Policy & Employee Relations: Support departments in developing HR policies, programs, and resolving employee relations issues.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in retail or hypermarket environments.
  • Strong knowledge of Bahrain labor laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Current experience working in Bahrain is essential.

Requirements:

  • Ability to manage multiple HR functions in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Experience handling both local and expatriate workforce administration.
