A leading company in Gudaibiya, Manama is urgently seeking a Recruiter to manage the full recruitment process and support talent acquisition efforts. This role is ideal for professionals with experience in Gulf recruitment and candidate sourcing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including CV collection, candidate screening, interviews, offer letters, and visa process follow-up
- Communicate professionally with clients and candidates
- Send and respond to emails, coordinate selections, and manage recruitment documentation
- Maintain and update the candidate database and ensure timely follow-up on daily tasks
- Support smooth talent acquisition and HR processes
Requirements:
- Experience in Gulf recruitment, preferably sourcing candidates from India or Nepal
- Fluent in English and Hindi; knowledge of other Indian languages is an advantage
- Strong communication, negotiation, and data management skills
- Proficient in email handling and candidate tracking tools
- Immediate joining preferred
