A leading company in Dammam, Saudi Arabia is hiring a Quality Control (QC) Officer to join its Quality Assurance and Production team. The ideal candidate will ensure that all products meet company and industry quality standards before delivery.

Quality Control (QC) Officer
Job Summary:
The QC Officer is responsible for inspecting, testing, and monitoring materials and production processes to ensure they meet required quality standards. The role includes identifying defects, recording results, and supporting the team in implementing corrective and preventive measures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect and test raw materials, in-process, and finished products
- Record inspection results and prepare quality reports
- Ensure compliance with company quality standards, SOPs, and regulatory requirements
- Identify quality issues and coordinate corrective actions with the production team
- Maintain calibration and maintenance records for QC equipment
- Support root cause analysis and preventive measures
- Participate in internal audits and continuous improvement programs
- Maintain accurate documentation and traceability throughout the QC process
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in quality control (fresh graduates may apply for junior roles)
- Knowledge of quality testing procedures and documentation practices
- Familiarity with ISO standards and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
- Good communication and teamwork skills
