We are hiring a Salesman (Arabic Speaker) to join our growing team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate should be customer-oriented, confident in communication, and motivated to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers, understanding their needs to recommend suitable products or services.
- Promote and sell company products to meet monthly sales goals.
- Maintain updated knowledge of products, pricing, and market trends.
- Manage customer inquiries, quotations, and follow-ups to close sales.
- Ensure proper display, cleanliness, and organization of the sales area or showroom.
- Prepare daily sales reports and maintain accurate customer records.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in retail or field sales.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Customer-focused with a professional attitude and appearance.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with POS or CRM systems.
- High school diploma required; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred for corporate sales roles.
- Must be fluent in Arabic.
