Job Overview
AK Logistics is hiring delivery drivers for Keeta in Riyadh. We are looking for reliable and hardworking drivers who can meet performance standards and maintain excellent customer service. Multiple sponsorship options are available to suit different needs.
Option 1: Independent Sponsorship (Use Your Own Vehicle)
- Base Salary:
- 400 orders ➔ 5,500 SAR
- 500 orders ➔ 6,500 SAR
- Additional Pay: 7 SAR per order beyond 500 orders
- Performance Requirements:
- On-time rate of 98% or higher
- Zero rejections or cancellations
- Must work at least 28 days per month
- Conditions:
- Must have valid Iqama and driver’s license (light or heavy)
- Private vehicle and accommodation at your own expense
Option 2: Independent Company Sponsorship (Company Vehicle Provided)
- Base Salary: 2,000 SAR for 400 orders
- Fuel & Internet Allowance: 1,000 SAR
- Additional Pay: 6 SAR per order beyond 400 orders
- Performance Requirements:
- On-time rate of 98% or higher
- Zero rejections or cancellations
- Must work at least 28 days per month
- Benefits:
- Vehicle provided by the company
- Work organized and managed by the company
- One month leave after each year of work
- Must hold a valid Iqama and driver’s license
Option 3: Transfer Sponsorship
- Base Salary:
- 2,000 SAR for 400 orders (with own food and accommodation)
- 1,600 SAR if company provides food and accommodation
- Fuel & Internet Allowance: 1,000 SAR
- Additional Pay: 4 SAR per order beyond 400 orders
- Performance Requirements:
- On-time rate of 98% or higher
- Zero rejections or cancellations
- Must work at least 28 days per month
- Benefits:
- Sponsorship and vehicle provided by the company
- One month of paid leave after two years of work
- Option for two months of leave (one paid, one unpaid)
- Round-trip airfare after two years of service
