Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead and manage our catering operations in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in catering services and proven experience in managing teams and daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all catering operations, including food preparation, delivery, and customer service.
- Ensure smooth workflow and high-quality service across all projects.
- Manage staff, schedules, and resources efficiently.
- Implement operational policies and maintain compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely deliveries.
- Monitor performance and identify areas for improvement to optimize efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in catering or food service operations.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Valid iqama in Saudi Arabia.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
